The building consists of three floors .The area of each one is 1000 m2 .
The structure is concrete structure covered with off white stones and marble with reflecting glass in front and back view .
The first floor consists of entrance with circular columns all covered with marble(Granate), reception , cafeteria, interior garden ,marble spiral stairs and some offices ,while the second and third floors contains offices , meeting rooms ,and computer, internet rooms.
The building is centrally air conditioned and connected to another building in its second floor .
Total approximate contract cost is 1600 million Iraqi Dinars .
